Pickup points grouped by city, then by district

Four cities carry the counter network: Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro. Inside each city the points are grouped by district, so a row is never just an address, it is the address plus the nearest metro or rail node and the walking time to reach it.

Grouping order

Walking minutes are measured from the station exit, not from the street name. Vehicle categories are booked, not plate numbers, and the deposit range for each category sits in the rental conditions.

Four cities, eight handover desks. Each row lists the full address, opening hours, the nearest metro or rail node and the walking minutes from that node. Budget 15 minutes for paperwork at handover, with your ID or passport and tax number ready.

06 · Transit notes

Handover timing and how to reach each pickup point

Arrive 10 minutes before the agreed slot. Handover takes about 15 minutes: document check, walkaround, fuel and mileage record. Return the car to the same point unless the booking confirms a one-way drop in writing.
