These Terms govern the use of omnisxhipglobal.com and vehicle rental services provided by omnisxhipglobal.com, a Private Entrepreneur (PE) registered in Ukraine (EDRPOU 11109350), address: Business Center 'Horizon', 15 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. By using the site or renting, you agree to these Terms, per Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.
Renters must be at least 21 years old (or 23 for certain vehicle categories) and hold a valid driver's license issued at least 2 years prior. An International Driving Permit may be required for non-Ukrainian licenses. A valid passport or ID must be presented at pickup.
Vehicles are provided with a full fuel tank and must be returned full. If not, a refueling fee plus the cost of fuel will be charged. Alternative fuel policies may be specified in the rental agreement.
All vehicles include mandatory third-party liability insurance (OSAGO). Optional collision damage waiver (CDW) and theft protection are available for an additional fee. Insurance coverage is subject to the terms of the rental agreement and applicable Ukrainian law.
Bookings require a valid credit card. Payment is due at pickup unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Later cancellations may incur a fee of one day's rental. Refunds are processed within 7 business days. Complies with Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.
We process personal data in accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 3870-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'. Data is used for booking, rental management, and legal compliance. Non-essential cookies require prior consent.
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Ukraine at the location of the service provider, in accordance with Ukrainian law.
