Every rental condition, listed in plain figures

This page lists deposit, included kilometres, insurance, fuel policy, minimum age, cross-border use and the refund timeline. Each item shows an explicit yes, no or amount. Every rate appears as a per-day price beside the estimated total and the deposit for the same booking, before you confirm.

Deposit: Stated as an amount in UAH, released within 5 working days after return
Included kilometres: A daily number, with extra kilometres priced per km
Insurance: Cover named by type, excess given as an amount
Minimum age: 23 years, driving licence held at least 2 years

Requirements and documents

The requirements apply to the person who signs the rental agreement. Passengers do not need to present anything.

Minimum driver age: 23 years
Driving licence held for: At least 2 years
Identity document: Passport or national ID card
Tax number: Presented at handover
Check at the counter: Licence, identity document and tax number

At the handover

The named driver signs the rental agreement at the pickup point.
Documents are checked on paper or in the Diia app.
Bring the original licence. A photo or scan is not accepted.

Deposit and refund

A refundable deposit is held at handover. It sits outside the rental price, and both figures appear in the same row before you confirm a booking.

Deposit range: 6,000 UAH to 15,000 UAH
Compact category: 6,000 UAH
Sedan category: 8,000 UAH
SUV category: 12,000 UAH
Van category: 15,000 UAH
Hold method: Card pre-authorisation at the pickup point
Release time: Within five business days after return
Return inspection: 15 minutes, body and fuel level checked with you present
Deductions: Fuel shortfall, unpaid tolls, damage beyond normal wear
Refund route: Same card used at handover

The deposit is a hold, not a fee. We release it in full when the vehicle comes back at the same fuel level with no new damage beyond normal wear and no unpaid tolls. Your bank posts the release inside five business days.
